Our charitable giving efforts encompass both the global nature of our group and the small-town roots that ground us. With opportunities to serve all year, our Team Give is our Charitable Committee that offers a variety of ways we can all give back. Join us in partnering with Soles4Souls, an outreach that provides shoes to the needy across the world. Help us aid the local homeless population by dishing up meals with Opportunity House. Participate in our onsite blood drives – fruit juice provided! It all makes an incredible impact as we donate thousands of hours and make many, sizeable monetary gifts to local parent and child causes in addition to ever-growing global donations on an even larger scale. Come, share and care with us and see all the good that can happen.

Caring by Protecting
We reduce, reuse, recycle and watch our footprint as much as possible.
We believe responsible and successful work includes stewardship of all earth’s natural resources. That’s why our building is heated and cooled with an efficient Geothermal system that doesn’t burn fossil fuels. It’s why we drink from a water filtration system and try to limit our plastic bottle usage. And it’s why our office furniture and storage is sourced from a local business that upcycle used fixtures. Our brands also find clever and resourceful ways to recycle product once the materials expire and we’re starting to make all sustainable fabrics made from recycled bottle materials. We keep reaching for full circle sustainability, and we’ll keep on doing so.
