Appreciation

We're a company you'll work with, not just for.

Do you have ideas or goals?  We want to hear them!  When you spend 40 hours a week with us, you’re not just a number – you’re a part of our family, and what’s important to you is important to us. While we offer competitive salaries and benefits (see below), we appreciate that quality of life goes beyond those to the people, hobbies, goals and values that are important to you. We want to help you cultivate what you care about – both inside and outside the office.

Passion

We're passionate about the community we work, live and thrive in.

“Team Give,” our charitable giving department, encompasses both the global nature of Iron Mountains and the small town roots that ground us. By scheduling opportunities to serve throughout the year, Team Give offers our employees a variety of ways to give back. Like to think global? Join us in partnering with Soles4Souls, an outreach that donates shoes to the needy across the world. Want to serve the faces in your neighborhood? Help us aid the local homeless population by dishing up meals with OpportunityHouse. Not afraid of needles? We host blood drives – fruit juice provided!

Responsibility

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

We believe that responsible and successful work includes stewardship of the products we use and discard. That’s why our building is heated and cooled with an efficient Geothermal system that doesn’t burn fossil fuels. It’s why we drink from a water filtration system. And it’s why our office furniture and storage is sourced from a local business that upcycles used fixtures.

Gratitude

We appreciate our role in real lives

Work at Iron Mountains isn’t a desk job with some nebulous goal – no, our ultimate target is living, breathing (and very busy) people.  Our effort is focused on the customers we serve:  parents, and the most important thing in their lives – their children.  These are real people with real concerns and real objectives, and we don’t take them for granted. Instead, we understand that our work on their behalf comes with a lot of responsibility. Just as we care for the people within our company as they pursue a fulfilling life, we also care for the people who use our products as they nurture their children.
